Justice may be delayed or denied but must diss everything that is even remotely Hindu.

In a frivolous PIL filed in the Supreme Court by some demented idiot, the petitioner argues that the morning prayer of Kendriya Vidyalaya is in violation of the constitution and “impedes nurturing of reasoning and scientific temper among impressionable young minds”. No, that’s not a joke.
The joke is, that instead of trouncing the petitioner on such insane and baseless PILs misusing the PIL system and wasting the Court’s valuable time, the Apex Court says that “It is a serious constitutional issue,” asking the central government to respond within two weeks as it promotes a particular religion. What a joke!
First of all, there are millions of people who are waiting for their cases to be closed, justice is served. The Ex-Chief Justice of India, TS Thakur cried in the presence of PM Narendra Modi complaining that the ‘judiciary was overworked’.
And yet, the Supreme Court finds time to entertain every frivolous PIL dissing anything that can even falsely be called Hindu. From Jalikattu to Dahi-Handi, from banning firecrackers on Diwali to regulating the amount of water to be used for Abhishekam, you name it. What next? Fixing the height of Kites that can fly on Makar Sankranti?
The “prayers” that the PIL has a problem with is this:

Now I wish to know, what is it in the above prayer that promotes a particular religion, Hinduism in this case? And how? The above prayers recited at the Kendriya Vidyalaya’s are focused only on global goodness and it is in no way specific to any particular religion.
What is Hindu? Why does the court have a problem with it? Is it that anything in Sanskrit is now Hindu? And wants to ban prayers in government schools simply because they are in Sanskrit? If the Supreme Court views Sanskrit as Hindu language, then is Urdu a Muslim language? Or the English language is a Christian language? How bizarre?
A lot of us went to the convent schools and it didn’t hurt our religious sentiments to recite the Lord’s prayer. If reciting a Sanskrit shloka every morning at a school assembly hurts some people’s religious sentiments then it’s they who are demented. It is these bigots who want to flare the communal hatred.
I remember our school prayers, written and composed by our Hindi teacher. Just see how beautiful and pure these words are.
ज्ञान सदन शत शत अभिनंदन
अर्पित है वर्णों का वंदन
जीवन हो शुद्ध सरल अपना
सुचि प्रेम सुधरस बरसावें
All of us, and mind you, we had no such Hindu-Muslim identity then, used to sing it with pride and a sense of oneness. Some, on some days, would also bunk the morning prayers by hiding in the classrooms. There was nothing religious, no blasphemy.
But these are the times, that teaches us that the basic premise behind such frivolous issues is something else.
Something very very dangerous. India’s cultural & literary legacy must be buried because it is majorly derived from Hinduism. Because the word secular has been added fraudulently in the preamble of our constitution, we must abandon our glorious legacy, in the name of pseudo secularism that focuses on erasing every shade of our ancient legacy. We must divide the society in their childhood by indoctrinating kids, by telling them what is Hindu what is not.
What a shame!
If anything in Sanskrit is now Hindu, ban them all. Erase it.
Erase the Motto of Govt. of India – ‘सत्यमेव जयते’,
Erase the motto of Indian Navy – शं नो वरुणः, of Indian Air-Force – नभःस्पृशं दीप्तम्, of BSF : जीवन पर्यन्त कर्तव्य, of RAW – धर्मो रक्षति रक्षित:, of IB : जागृतं अहर्निशं, of Coast Guard : वयं रक्षामः, of Maharashtra Police – सद्रक्षणाय खलनिग्रहणाय, of DRDO: बलस्य मूलं विज्ञानम्, of NCERT : विद्यया अमृतमश्नुते and countless such institutions.
Stop taking life insurances from LIC that says – योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहम्, stop using Indian currency notes that say – सत्यमेव जयते.
Go on, Honorable Supreme Court, ban them all! And while you are at it, please do erase your own motto – ‘यतो धर्मस्ततो जयः’
“Bless us, O mother, you are our blood. Support us, stand with us so we may defeat the Pandavas,” pleaded Duryodhana with Gandhari. “यतो धर्मस्ततो जयः – Whence law, thence victory,” said Gandhari. “If you are righteous, Duryodhana, you will win.” a quote from the Shri Bhagwad Geeta.
That is Dharma, the core of India.
Indian judiciary needs to learn that dharma cannot be equated with religion. Hence, it cannot blindly copy the USA’s case law separating Christian prayers from public schools.
If there is one thing we should all pray and work for is that we should rise above religion and caste and unite as one. That alone can save us from the massive and relentless onslaught on our history, on our traditions, on our culture, on our very existence, all based on falsehood.
